Pre-Napfa Training
Today i had no school. xD
Today went to stadium to meet Ben, Black, Choo Hong, Hewett, Kay and Shi wei to go train napfa.
We really pushed ourselves to the max. And i know that im not ready. Not even 20% ready unlike the rest who are much better! =(
Anyway, just want to thank CH for the assist when i was doing my chin-ups. Didn't expected u to support with my feet on ur shirt! Thanks alot!
I also..like to thank everyone for their moral support when i tried to carry out the different stations. Its really taxing for me as i didn't really train much. But rest assured. I'll try my best not to let you all down.
